Christmas Tradition

Posted On: Friday, December 28th, 2007 at 4:01 am

And so we have started the tradition. Had a Christmas dinner on the 25th December. Everybody had fun. We missed Ramesh and Dewi though. They were in Perlis, Dewi’s hometown for Christmas. Anyhow, we had fun. Kids’ cousins just came back straight from Terenggano so you can just imagine having four kids in the house. Our Schenker got his 4th bicycle, a Christmas gift from Amama and Achacha (grandma and grandpa) This one is really big… but of course, it still has a support wheels. He absolutely loves it. Samantha loves it too. hehehe. I think she was more excited to see the bicycle… she was running around it, and wanting to climb over it straight away. My boy, on the other hand, was studying it first, checking the wheels, turning the pedal round and round, checking the boxes in front and at the back, and appreciating the mirror in front. That’s what he was most excited about. The mirror. LOL. Have I told you I have a vain boy around? Hehehe He checked the bike thoroughly before sitting on it.

It was a very memorable and very touching Christmas. I am so glad we stayed at home. Of course, I still wanna go to Thailand. Maybe next year. We will definitely do it. In fact, we have it scheduled already! Hehehe.

Hope everybody had a Blessed Christmas… felt the presence of God during the celebration. We did. That’s why it was so special.

Now is the preparation of the coming New Year. Hmmm… looks like I’ll be busy on the 1st. Hubby’s family and relatives usually gather on that day. Since we got married, the gathering place is in our house. This year is not an exemption. So had to prepare for it.
Here’s wishing everybody a fulfilling and prosperous New Year 2008!
