I found myself feeling really weak this past one month or so. Although I don’t do much… I just watch my kids play and all that, but I feel very tired easily. Owe it to the busy month last December and not eating properly. Just last week, I decided to do something about it. I have to take care of my body mind spirit. I have finally decided that when I looked at the mirror, all I could see was a tired woman.
I haven’t been doing much about my personal development either. But it’s in one of my new year’s resolution list to do self improvementstrategy to look good and feel good. I must eat right, sleep early and wake up early. Just last week, when my boy started his school, I walked him to school coz it’s just a 10-minute walk and hubby wasn’t around to drive. I really call it a blessing coz if hubby was here, I would just depend on him to drive me and my son to school. After 2 days of walking to my son’s school back and forth, I started feeling energy swelling up from inside me. I didn’t feel tired at all. Although of course, it’s tiring to walk… but after walking and sweating up a bit, I felt so energized and I realized I could do a lot more without getting tired fast. I’m just so thankful that his school is just nearby where I could just walk. It really helps a lot with my goal, for my self-improvement scheme.
