One In A Million – Malaysia

I finally remember One in a Million show tonight. I always remember to watch it during its repeats on Wednesdays. My 2 favorites, Sarah and Ayu are in top three. But Shila is realling shining… I like her too. So tonight there were three of them left. All girls. Girl power – that’s what Marion Caunter said. Sarah is still my top bet though.
By the way, I like Marion Caunter. She started doing the 8TV Quickie. From there she became a famous host. Now that she has grown her hair, I like her even better.

And after One in a Million, I was gonna turn off the TV already but American Idol came next. And I found out there’s another Filipino on top 24. Ramiele Malubay is the name. She did wonderfully beautiful. Simon Cowell just commented she out-sung everybody else tonight. Hopefully she will be the next American Idol winner. I just got a photoof her from Americanidol.com. She is really a great talent.

Accidentally Deleted

I have accidentally deleted one important post I have posted. And I totally forgot what I wrote since I wrote that 2 months ago already. I know the title coz I was reminded… So let me see. The title was My New Year 2008. Could it be my spending habit? Could it be my financial situation? Whatever it was, I think the line was in that direction.
Blame it to the stress of not being able to manage my finances well. I’ve been really in deep anxiety as to how to get my financial stability back. Of course, with hubby around who is earning stable is good enough. If I do Payday Loans, it would be easy and accessible for me knowing that if ever I do that during emergency situation, I have a hubby that pays for it. Doing payday loans nowadays is very easy and safe. You can have your cash straight into your account the next day.

Tasks

I just did 4 tasks today. Had to really do them otherwise I would have a bad reputation of not getting my job done on time. I had to crack my head up though coz the 2 tasks were the same, just different anchor texts and different links. Once you’re in this writing business, you will develop your creativity in writing. LOL.

It seems hard to get a writing job in the latest one I applied for. Maybe it’s because this blog doesn’t have a page rank yet. My other blog had a page rank of 4 but then I think it got penalized for being there just for doing this business, i guess. Will have to clear that one off next month and apply for reconsideration. Google says you can. Will just have to wait for the right time to do it.

The funny thing is, I keep getting offers to write my posts there. This is really a confusing business. But anyhow, I’m glad I have one blog that’s earning. Although this month is a bit slow. But it keeps going. I stopped dreaming for this blog’s PR already. Maybe I’ll just wait until this reaches its maturity age. I saw a lot of blogs that’s nothing in there but it has PRs. And I checked the age. So the age really counts.

Okay lah. Will just have to wait. For the meantime, I enjoy writing the things I have in mind. I hope you enjoy reading too. Ciao.

My Dream House

Three weeks ago, hubby and I went to Putra Heights to check the show houses. They’re selling beautiful houses there. At first, I was hesitant to go coz we weren’t planning to buy a house this soon. Of course, we are planning to buy our own. But not this time. Maybe in 5 years time. We have an apartment and hubby is still paying for the mortgage.

Our apartment is not so big. Just nice for a small family like ours. But we don’t live there anymore. We live in a bigger house. Why would we live in a big house if we have an apartment that can fit our family already, you may ask. We have a lot of guests staying with us and they all come from different parts of the world. So we wanna make sure that we give them total comfort when they stay with us. So what we did was, we rented out our apartment and rent a double-story house for us.

My bother-in-law has also an apartment but he wants to buy a house coz his family is getting better. That’s the reason why we went to Putra Heights… to check on the houses and lots they were selling. I asked them whether they have money to buy a house now. They said no but they will apply for a house loan which means they will pay a monthly mortgage just to get that dream house of theirs.

I tell you, houses there are so beautiful my hubby almost wanted to book one for us. But of course, he gave it a lot of thought and probably, after we finish paying off our loan for our apartment, we can start buying our own dream house.
