I took up MBA (Masters in Business Administration) in the Philippines when I was still 
working at the Department of Public Works and Highways. You know, working in a government office can be competitive. So each worker must have something that makes her of him at the edge. So if you have Masters Degree, the better. The closer you are to promotion.
