| God’s promises are meant to comfort. How? By reminding us that God never forgets us and that following him is worth it, no matter what we experience in this world. And by assuring us that no matter how things appear at any given moment, God is in his heaven; he’s in charge. He is good, just, loving, and powerful, and he’ll make all things right in his good plan and time. Rest in the comfort of his promise and be revived. |
