    Encouragement for Today
    “What can this mean?” This incident, when everyone heard God’s message in his own language, was a wonderful sign and symbol of what God would accomplish in the days after Jesus’ ascension, in the era of the New Covenant. God’s Spirit and salvation would be available to every single person on earth, regardless of background, gender, race, or age. No barriers at all! All would now hear and have the opportunity to believe. What can you do to recapture the wonder of this truth and to share this good news with those God has put in your world?

  • Scrubs and Beyond

    Many of Filipino men and women have taken the road to become nurses in other countries especially in the United States, Europe and Canada. But what I liked most about being a Filipino is that wherever we are, we don’t lose our sense of fashion in any situation.
    And hey! Even nurses abroad have found a new wave of fashion. Most of them have taken the designs of Katherine Heigl’s latest styles on scrubs. There are a lot of designs to choose from. Bold prints, floral prints for spring, she has it designed. I have read it that it is only available at ScrubsandBeyond.com. So, I took the liberty of going there and I saw her latest collection. They were all very beautiful and fashionable! She used light fabrics too which is good for spring. At ScrubsandBeyond.com, they have plenty of styles aside from those of Katherine’s. They also have Barco metro scrubs, cherokee medical scrubs and dickies scrubs!

    I was really amazed how fashion has evolved in every vocation. I never though that nurses can get fashionable these days. Just imagine going to a hospital full of fashionable nurses. It would be very cute.
