Holiday Places

Friday, May 8th, 2009

The recent holiday places we had gone to was totally different from the places we usually go to as a family. We used to go to a place and just do a bit of family activities, eat local food, rest, and just spend time with the kids. This time, we were on the road a lot. The place we stayed at in Hong Kong was far from the center. It took an hour to get to the places we wanted to go to by MTR (rail). That’s why it was very tiring. Now that we’re back, we need another holiday just to rest. Hehehe. For the meantime though, I’m off to looking into Outer Banks rentals. After that, I’m back to work. Ciao!

Bad Memory

Friday, May 8th, 2009

I have truly a bad memory. Before we left for our family holiday, I bought another card reader because I thought I lost my old one. When we came back, we went to the office to prepare something. Then my hubby found it on his table which I probably put when I was there two weeks ago. Totally bad memory I have now. Sometimes I wish people can just install memory sticks in our brain so we don’t forget things. LOL. That would be absurd then.

Those Who Love Him

Friday, May 1st, 2009

“That is what the Scriptures mean when they say,
‘No eye has seen, no ear has heard,
and no mind has imagined
what God has prepared
for those who love him.’
“But it was to us that God revealed these things by his Spirit. For his Spirit searches out everything and shows us God’s deep secrets. … And we have received God’s Spirit (not the world’s spirit), so we can know the wonderful things God has freely given us.”
