Your emotions and inner experience are largely influenced by your intentions. If you plan peace, joy will follow. If you plot evil, you will have to use deception to pull it off. If you’re feeling “off” emotionally, take a look at the intentions of your heart. If you want joy, plan peace! Good feelings flow from good intentions and the actions that naturally follow.
