Breastfeeding – Good for Teeth Formation?

When I was pregnant with my first, I was too excited about being pregnant and having a baby that I would read every book I could find about pregnancy, childbirth, and babies. It actually really helps to read books as you will be filled with knowledge. I don’t follow all of them though. I just do whatever I could, according to my convenience. The only thing I followed which was very challenging was breastfeeding the baby exclusively as long as you can. The first year of breastmilk would be the most beneficial. The second year, the nutritional value would decline… or the nutritional value won’t be enough so you have to supplement with other food. There are a lot of benefits when you breastfeed your baby. I’m a total advocate for it. Of course, there are some mothers who couldn’t do this for some reasons.

One of the benefits of breastfeeding is that there is a proper teeth formation when the baby starts growing their teeth. If this is right, our kids don’t need to wear braces or even go for dental implants Plano. Suffice to say, my kids (both of them), have a very nice teeth formation. I just wonder though if it’s really the result of breastfeeding or they just got it after their daddy’s.

There are a lot more benefits from using breastmilk as baby’s first food. And this I say, I’m truly a breastfeeding advocate.
