Everything Expensive

Does anybody know where to find low cost health insurance? With every thing expensive nowadays, one can’t help but look for things at a cheap price. Sometimes, when you see a shop and it says it’s on sale, you will be decieved. You go inside, find an 80% off, you buy it because you think it’s very cheap and one week later, you find that the thing you bought is already spoiled. You are paying for it’s worth. Now it’s hard to trust when it’s really on sale or not.
I remember buying a shaggy for our new house. It was on sale at 50% discount. And because it was still very expensive for us, we bargained some more. The sales man agreed. Later, when I went to another shop, I found that the price we paid for the shaggy was the standard price. Arg! And we thought we were really good in bargaining.
