Ewwwww… Weight… wait!!! Stop! Don’t come back to me yet. I don’t nee you, especially now or ever. I am acting as if weight can stop just like that. LOL. I have been having a good appetite these days. Is it because of lack of sleep? I don’t know. All I know is that I need appetite suppressant. Wait do I really want it? I promise to start exercising tomorrow. Yes, I will.

Wait Weight
Saturday, November 21st, 2009Happiness and Pleasure
Wednesday, November 18th, 2009I subscribe to one of facebook’s apps about “Today God wants you to know…” and today’s message was a real hit: God wants me to know that happiness has nothing to do with pleasure…
You feel pleasure when you want something and you get it. Or when you don’t want something and you remove it. Pleasure is always relative. Happiness is absolute. Happiness is the understanding and acceptance of life as it is in this very moment as completely perfect, because every creation of God is perfect. The degree to which you do not accept life in all of the Divine forms is the degree to which you suffer.
Poor But Abundant
Friday, November 13th, 2009“They are being tested by many troubles, and they are very poor. But they are also filled with abundant joy, which has overflowed in rich generosity. For I can testify that they gave not only what they could afford, but far more. And they did it of their own free will. They even did more than we had hoped, for their first action was to give themselves to the Lord and to us, just as God wanted them to do.”
2 Corinthians 8:2–3, 5
encouragement for today
Paul was writing about the church in Macedonia. The Macedonians gave beyond their means, but that attitude was grounded in a prior action: They dedicated themselves to the Lord and to whatever Paul instructed them to do. This open willingness to do whatever God wanted was the secret of their joy and their generosity. How might you emulate them in your own giving?

Gold Coins
Friday, November 13th, 2009
If you talk about investments, there are a few things that would come to mind. Some would invest in gold. Others would invest in stock market. There are properties too. But not all properties can be a good investment. For example, it would be good to invest in a house but not in a car. The value of a house would appreciate while the value of a car would depreciate. Lands would be a good investment too.
I think among all these few investments I just mentioned, gold has a very good value. It sure won’t depreciate But will grow its value over the years. Gold made into gold coins have become the number 1 when it comes to investment. You can actually buy gold coins and place them in IRA’s.
There are websites that could give you a gold guide if you’re planning on investing gold. With the economic development uncertainties nowadays, one can’t help but use gold as their primary investment.
Planting Seeds
Friday, November 13th, 2009“Plant your seed in the morning and keep busy all afternoon, for you don’t know if profit will come from one activity or another—or maybe both.”
Ecclesiastes 11:6
encouragement for today
Again, here is practical advice for being productive. In the end, we don’t know exactly what will produce results. Many jobs require investments of time and energy with no guarantee of results. Sales people must contact many people to get sales; teachers plant many “seeds” of knowledge and never know what will “take” in a student. We have to keep planting and keep doing what is required. Profit will come, if we’ve “planted enough seed.”
