Vacays My Kids Love

This is one of those few vacations my kids love. They enjoyed our Disney vacations in Hongkong when we went there last year. They enjoyed our trip to China. And I think our trip to Hatyai was the most enjoyable time for them.

My boy said he didn’t know that Thailand was nice so he didn’t wanna come here. Now that he knows Thailand is nice, he said he wants to live here and dun wanna go back to Malaysia. LOL.

All these fun times were made possible by my kids’ friends too. He enjoyed his time with his friends. And it’s so stress-free. No homework to finish, no readings to make. Just pure play, food, and movies.

Now we know what the kids like most in their vacation. We make sure next time it’s gonna be like this, too.

On a Trip Today

We’re going to a village somewhere in the south today. I actually forgot the name of the village. Hehehe. Sorry folks. Anyways, I have rested last night. For two nights in a row the other night, I and my friends talked until wee hours of the night. Last night I couldn’t take it anymore. I slept at 8pm. I woke up at 8 in the morning today. So that’s a total of 12 hours of sleep! Hah! I really appreciate the rest. I know today is going to be a long day because we need to visit some project sites. Oh well, that would a lot of walking which ensures exercise sans elliptical. I need to get off my computer soon. I still need to shower.

To Lose and Gain

Here’s the thing with losing weight and looking healthy. You have to make sure that your muscles are still in-tacked. Sometimes, with drastic weight loss, you could lose your muscles as well. That’s why it’s good to exercise or do a super pump 250 when dieting. You make sure you lose weight but at the same time, gain some muscles. I’m sure you’d be looking oh so healthy.

My Food List

I haven’t eaten everything in my food list yet. But I already feel that I have enough. I ate so much yesterday… which were leftover the other night from our potbless with friends. I am of course contemplating whether I need a colon cleanse detox after this trip. I did a reset with USANA before coming. That would mean my system was already cleansed… and now I’m filling it up with unhealthy stuff again. But it doesn’t matter… And yes, I am determined to eat all those in my food list.
