A Glimpse of Me

For 10 years I have been a stay at home mom. I have no regrets about my decision, because aside from taking care of the household needs full time, I also got jobs online which not only kept me busy but it has been a source of income, as well.

Lately I have gone back to work again. I have to admit that having to wake up earlier than usual and join in the morning rush has not been easy. It is understandable that I am going through some adjustments, so I guess I will just give myself time. Over all, I am enjoying my job, which I think is important.

So, exactly what do I do? Am I building metal buildings, flying a plane or am I a big boss in an international company? I wish! LOL! I guess I could say, my work is to help others do those.

Living in a foreign country for almost a decade now hasdefinitely made me bi-cultural, although I have to say that I miss celebratingthe holidays with my relatives in our home country. We were on the road travelling on Christmaseve, and I am just glad that the kids have come to understand the true meaningof Christmas and not just associate it with those Christmas lights and fancy trees.

Serving the less fortunate in the South of Thailand daysbefore Christmas came was life changing for me and the kids. We slept on the floor and did not have any heated mattress pads, but we went home happy and fulfilled knowing that we have given love to those who need it the most.
